Job Opportunity: Demi Pair:Job description:Demi PairPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($250)Job location: Cambridge Region: Waikato/Coromandel practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 22/08/2022 We are seeking for a few hours of morning help with our two boys Monday – Thursday from mid-September until the end of Feb (dates are ‘ish’, and we all have a couple of weeks off for Xmas hols). We have previously enjoyed having backpackers stay with us and we love sharing our house with different people. I specialise in training the behaviour of young horses and educate new-born foals during foaling season (from September until the end of Feb). So, our two boys need someone to help them get organised and off to school in the mornings (I finish in time to spend afternoons with them). Toby and Ollie are 8 and 10 years old; they go to a local school 15 min down the road. They are very easy to be around but will need the typical reminders (teeth? hair? book bag? type stuff) before leaving the house. We would like your help for around 10hrs each week from Monday-Thursday, starting at 6.30am and finishing around 9am when you drop the boys to school. After that, your day is free to work/study/play or simply invite your mates over to laze by the pool and play with the puppy đ??? You will have a spacious, private room with an ensuite bathroom, endlessWifi use etc. We eat healthy, hearty food, and are happy to accommodate any special dietary preferences you have. There is always copious amounts of chocolate & beer in our fridge! We recently moved to a lovely private property ten minutes outside Cambridge with bush, stream, a heated salt-water pool and your choice of bedrooms đ??? We have a couple of horses and dogs, and often have other foster animals. The town of Cambridge is ten minutes away and is known as the ‘home of trees and champions’; with many of New Zealand’s Olympic athletes living locally. There is loads to do if you are keen; walking, riding, cycling, surfing, visiting Hobbiton etc. Our house is half an hour from Hamilton City, Rotorua/Taupo/Raglan/the Mount are only an hour away, and Auckland is two hours away. We have welcomed many au pairs into our home over the past few years, and they have been brilliant – we can give you their contact details if you would like to hear their take on our family and the job. If you already live locally and just want to pop out and do a few hours here, then you would gain $250p.w. with us. If you prefer to live here, then you are more than welcome and you would gain $190p.w. If Information technology suits you better to do only three months as you have other commitments later on, then that is grand too - we are happy to be super-flexible for the right person.
