The function Temporary function, requiring an immediate start, Monday-Friday full time until Jan/Feb 2023 at which point we can explore more options, with the potential to stay on within the business.
 
great procurement administrator function, working within a close-knit team of 3, within a wider company total of 80. You’ll be responsible for a range of administrative/pricing tasks managing a range of the below on a day-to-day basis:
 
Daily, you can expect to:
   »  Manage day to day scheduling of product delivery, purchasing for 3 sites across AKL
   »  Process supplier invoices, double check quotes
   »  Communicate with manufacturers, dealers, and sales team re pricing and PO numbers
   »  Negotiating the best deals/pricing with long term suppliers
   »  Following up on ETA of ordered supplies
   »  Answer incoming enquiries
   »  Manage, order and maintain company fuel cards, car registrations etc
 
About you
   »  An excellent communicator who can deliver great customer service but can do the nitty gritty administration too
   »  Strong organisational expertise
   »  Efficient with Microsoft Suite
   »  Strong Data Entry practice
   »  Reliable and possess great attention to detail
   »  Naturally good with numbers and can pick up quickly on discrepancies
