This important Government organisation helps and supports crucial services that assist New Zealanders in need. Continuing this organisation's digital transformation journey, they are now looking for a Scrum Lead to head up one or more agile standing teams and become responsible for empowering team culture and well-being. Further, you will support the Product Owners and Technical Product Owners, whilst coaching the team on agile practices and values that meet the customers needs.

You have:
   » Strong, commercial practice as a Scrum Lead
   » practice with agile processes (SAFE framework is desirable but not essential)
   » practice working for the Government (highly desirable)
   » skills in organisation, communication and leadership abilities
   » Solid skills and practice in team leadership abilities, relationship management people development
   » Embraced and encouraged a positive, inclusive culture
   » A proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and energetic demeanour
   » Polished communication and interpersonal skills
On offer:
Comp hourly rates, 12 month contract, start ASAP, Auckland CBD offices with some flexible/remote working options, weekly pay
