Vibrant and proudly diverse one-team culture We have several permanentopportunities available for motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone for an August 2022start. As a CSR, you will practice our comprehensive and modern training approach that are equipped to confidently work with clients, primarily through inbound calls and processing applications. Our team is renowned for its high quality of training – this often means over time our CSRs are in high demand for progression to other functions in the Ministry. Hours of work These are full-time (37.55 hours per week), permanent opportunities . Your scheduled shifts will be for 5 days across: » Mondays and Fridays, between 6.55am to 10.00pm, and » Saturdays between 8.00am and 2.00pm. We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance. About you » You enjoyusing quality conversations to help each client work through their situation and can demonstrate a history of providing clients or customers a positive practice on the phone. » You have shown that you can work efficiently, accurately and are confident in making good decisions. » You have learnt your way around multiple Information technology systems before and are confident that you can easily lgain our Ministry Information technology systems. » Youenjoy workingin afast-paced environment where frequent change is normal.
