The PSA Te P?kenga Here Tikanga Mahi have the following permanent organiser vacancies located initially in our Member Advice and Support Centre located out of any PSA office. » 1 x full time organiser » 1 x 0.4 FTE organiser We are seeking for people with: » A commitment to the work of trade unions. » An capability to improve the quality of PSA Te Pukenga Here Tikanga Mahi members' working lives. » The capcapability to build durable working relationships with members, employers, government and industry representatives. » The expertise to develop and support members and delegates in dealing with issues impacting on their working lives. » Excellent communication, advocacy and leadership abilities expertise. » An capability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. The PSA Te P?kenga Here Tikanga Mahi is committed to honouring Te Tiriti O Waitangi across our organisation and the work we do. expertise of te reo and tikanga M?ori will therefore be an advantage. The income range for this position is$71,589 to $101,671. New employees enter the range on a starting rate located upon previous significant practice and commensurate with internal relativities.
