This role is for a Technical Sales Support, who will report to the Technical Customer Service Manager. To build and maintain excellent relationships with customers by supplying advice, information and superior customer service delivery. You would need to be able to quote and follow up on sales opportunities, ensuring sales and profile goals are met. Key must have skills: » Strong negation skills and ability to multitask » Sales and customer service orientated » Ideally have experience in dealing with Tenders » Prepare reports and provide support for sales representatives » Participate in sales promotions » Able to liaise with other departments such as, purchasing and accounts » Meeting and exceeding sales targets » Preparing quotes and dealing with orders and be solution-orientated » Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills » Must be an analytical thinker and problem solver » Must be reliable on all duties performed and be able to be consistent in manner and keep commitments and work towards deadlines » Computer literate Critical Competencies » Take ownership of responsibilities and duties » Able to work with fellow team members, peers and managers or independently » Able to maintain energy and focus » Must have a CAN - DO attitude » Understands Health and Safety If this sounds like something you have experience in and meet all the requirements, we would love to hear from you.
