The function: The function of Group Manager Corporate Services is a pivotal function for the organisation involving management of a multi-disciplinary team in order to deliver effective services that contribute to overall organisational success. A busy and varied function, your main responsibilities will be the management of financial operations including the reporting, budgeting, auditing and forecasting in line with policy and legal requirements; with oversight of the communications, Tribal Register and administration functions performed by the team. located at our Tokoroa Head Office and reporting directly to the Tumu Whakarae (General Manager), you'll develop effective working relationships with the Executive leadership abilities Team, Governors, Trustees and wider business. You'll deliver high standards of organisation, planning, and executing the administrative functions of this function, while bringing a level of professionalism, authenticity, and strong work ethic. About You: This position will require a high level of adaptcapability and being able to prioritise work as our business grows. You'll be working with sensitive and confidential information, so a high level of professionalism is crucial in this position. Alongside this you'll bring: » Senior Management practice in inspiring, leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team » You will have proven expertise and practice of strategy and business planning, financial management, project management, governance and capacity building within a commercial environment » A demonstrated track record of success in leading change and transformation » Exceptional expertise in cultivating networks and partnerships across a diverse range of communities » practice working with ISO or other QA/QS standards would be advantageous » practice working with Iwi/M?ori organisations is desirable.
