This is a great opportunity to hone your expertise cooking with fire as we have a wood fired grill, wood fired ovens and a 5m long off set smoker. We are located in the middle of one of Aucklands biggest food producing areas, we are surrounded by vineyards, orchards, berry farms and all sorts of food producers just a stones throw from some amazing West coast beaches and Riverhead forest (for great mountain biking!) candidates need to be passionate about food, keen to try new things and share ideas. We have amazing gardens we can draw from and awesome community support when Information technology comes to finding new suppliers, ingredients and ideas.
