This is a great opportunity to join the Business Customer Solutions team and deliver targeted services and solutions to our diverse range of business customers to ensure best results and to work as a true collaborative partner. Our services can range from solution management through to product and service education. Day to day you will be partnering and proactively working with a dynamic portfolio of customers building strong relationships to truly understand their business requirements and deliver value added solutions. In addition to engaging with various business segments and key stakeholders through various channels to improve the ACC practice. What you need to be prosperous: » You have strong relationship management expertise to partner and proactively work with a dynamic portfolio of customers » broad practice building trust and credibility to influence behaviour and results in a complex business environment » Able to anticipate needs in key segments with a continuous delivery and customer outcome focus » Strong negotiation and problem-solving expertise to enhance our customers practice » Influence, enable and facilitate to connect business customers and those who are best placed to meet their needs » Strong capability to build and leverage business networks across industry, associations, intermediaries and internally at ACC » Proven business acumen and commercial consciousness » capability to work effectively within a legislated complex environment As a Business Customer Solutions Partner, you will have an opportunity to influence new and innovative thinking, growing and developing relationships at a senior level within large business and working cross-functionally across other key ACC business groups. An attractive income $90k – $100k depending on practice, plus 9% super is on offer, along with an opportunity to grow and develop your career in one of New Zealand’s leading government agencies.
