Our client is leading cloud platform and cognitive solutions company. They are currently looking for an experienced Java, full-stack developer with execellent pay rate
ABOUT THE ROLE

· You will be working as a Full Stack Developer .
· You will be working collaboratively with high-performing Agile teams.
· We are looking for someone with strong Java experience that enjoys building micro services.
· You will be passionate about driving change and improvements in Development, test automation and the continuous delivery spaces, improving software quality, delivering software faster and more reliably.
· You'll be working in small teams where collaboration and relationship building is key. We are interested in people who enjoy a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, who don't get attached to a particular technology or practice and importantly who want to drive change in the organisation.
· The role is for 6 months contract with potential for extension.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Strong programming skills in Java.
· Strong programming skills in designing and developing Microservices using Spring Boot framework.
· Expertise in development in cloud computing platform (Google Cloud and/or AWS)
· Strong JavaScript development experience with single-page applicatoin frameworks like Ember, Angular, React, Vue.
· Experience in implementing designs using HTML5 and CSS3.
· Expertise in Scripting using Python, Bash and Groovy.
· Experience with Configuration Management and Build Tools (e.g., Git, Subversion, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins and/or Travis)
· Experience with MongoDB and/or Oracle
· Expertise in setting up containers such as Kubernetes/GKE/OpenShift for running microservices.
· Experience with CI/CD pipline automation such as Codefresh, Jenkins
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· 3+ years of experience in related technologies

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Experience working in banking or financial institution environment.
· Experience working in payment system related project.
· Experience working on projects following an Agile or similar process
· Experience with Bootstrap, JQuery, and other frameworks
· Experience with DevOps/Deployment Tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Docker, etc.)
· Experience with Code management tools such as GitHub, Artifactory, Bit Bucket, Sonar Qube.
· Experience with monitoring/logging tool such as New relic, Splunk, Elastic Search, Stack Driver (GCP), Cloud Watch, Trail (AWS).
· Experience with integration middleware tool such as IBM MQ, IBM WAS, Connect Direct (C:D), Control-M, JBoss, Apigee, Solace.
· Experience with authentication protocols such as Active Directory, HashiCorp Vault, Certificate Management.

EDUCATION
· A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field is required.
