As you hold the customer relationship, you will be responsible for the scoping, design and overall delivery of website integration jobs. this function will suit someone who is very organised, has an exceptional eye for detail and design and can work to tight delivery timeframes. The function You’ll be responsible for: » Creating beautiful website designs » Consultancy work for website integrations (using WordPress and Web controls) » Making sure what is agreed, is delivered on time and to specification â—ŹFacilitating the scope and design sessions with clients â—‹ Understand clients website integration needs â—‹ Provide high-quality designs for client sign-off (using Adobe XD or similar technology) â—‹ Produce website proposals including estimation, costs and delivery timeframes â—‹Talk about opportunities that upsell or promote specials in client discussions â—ŹDevelop and maintain a series of templated web designs, so producing clients designs becomes more efficient and can guide clients on what is possible. â—ŹCustomer service for web integrations â—‹ Managing client interactions around web integrations i.e. a change or deviation from the signed proposal is documented, agreed and charged for. â—‹ Triaging web support tickets â—‹ Managing website integration scheduling roster so clients and internal staff have a clear knowledge of what is being delivered when. â—ŹProduce awesome design work for the rest of the business â—‹ Support the marketing team with changes to our corporate website content and layout. â—‹ Work with UI/UX designer on product designs and features practice & qualifications » practice in website design » Advanced expertise in one of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, & Adobe XD » An eye for design; be able to integrate web controls into a site that not only follow the sites existing style guide, but also look polished » Writes and speaks with ease as you will be interacting with clients daily » A keen attention to detail and follow-up to make sure things stay on track » A tertiary qualification in design or related field Personality » Relationship builder - we’re a tight team who have fun and interact well on a personal level; team fit is important. » On the go - you need to be work under pressure. » Hard working, willing to do what needs to be done when the pressure is on » Have a passion for keeping up with the latest technology Job location: Lower Hutt with free parking.
