The function

The purpose of this position is to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll function for employees, agents, retired agents, and expatriates. To undertake tasks to ensure HR and pay records are correctly recorded and always updated.

tasks and Responsibilities
   » Processing new employees and volunteers into Payroll
   » Payroll filing and answering queries in a timely manner
   » Loading Police check of MOJ information when significant
   » Process bank account, Kiwi saver, and tax code changes on request
   » Enter time sheets and leave requests
   » Process employee terminations and ensure their final pays are completed, correctly and on time
   » Terminate volunteers that are no longer engaged
   » Maintain day-to-day liaison with all levels of staff and volunteers
