About our group and team
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, these functions combine the full range of administrative functions including reception, and frontline support.
About this function
To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » previous administration practice
   » intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite expertise
   » excellent customer service expertise and frontline practice
   » proven time management expertise
   » capability to work well under pressure
   » flexibility and a desire to learn, and
   » a positive can-do attitude.
About you
Your positive can-do attitude and proactive nature means that you are always looking for ways to improve how you work to create the best possible results for any situation. You will have previous practice working in a busy office, and be confident in your capability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external people across all levels of our business to deliver excellent customer service that meets the diverse needs of this challenging function
You will also offer:
   » the capability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tangata whenuatanga.
