The company's primary focus is to supply several retailers directly, making reverse logistics a crucial component of the role. With a team of 5 warehouse personnel and a 1000 pallet warehouse, this role offers an exciting challenge for someone with a passion for warehouse management and process improvement. Key Responsibilities »Warehouse Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume warehouse with a team of 5 warehouse staff. »System Implementation: Design and implement new warehouse systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. »Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop warehouse personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. »Reverse Logistics: Manage and streamline the process of handling returns efficiently and effectively. »Direct-to-Retail Focus: Experience in direct warehouse-to-retail operations is preferred. »System Integration: Focus on system changes and take ownership of P&L responsibilities. Experience » Proven warehouse management experience. » Strong track record in designing and implementing warehouse systems. » Experience in hiring and developing warehouse teams. » Proficiency in managing reverse logistics processes. » High-volume warehouse experience is essential. » Direct warehouse-to-retail experience is essential. » Experience in developing and training warehouse teams. » Forklift license is desireable. » Ability to focus on system changes and take ownership of P&L responsibilities.
