Offer: Senior Organisational Design Consultant – four month Contract:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description» Organisational design contract within our change enablement team» Play a lead function in our organisational change projects » Four month contract with a start ASAP We’re looking for a short-term senior organisational design specialist for the next four months. Our mission is to be one of the most highly regarded Change Enablement teams in New Zealand and we want your help to continue this. ACC is all about helping people in NZ prevent injuries or if needed supporting people through some of the most uncertain times in their lives. Our Talent Team is here to do the same for our amazing ACC Whanau. Due to a secondment, we would be looking for you to support the business in our various organisational change initiatives that are underway. You’ll work closely with our Talent Business Partners, change team and the business to guide and provide specialist organisational design support, using your expertise of organisational design principles and practice creating customer- focused teams. This includes the full range of organisational design activities including function design and helping to define/refine ways of working.
