I am currently looking for an outstanding HR Advisor candidate looking to hit the ground running in this 12 month Fixed Term (parental Cover) opportunity. Please see further details below;

tasks:
• Lead or contribute to HR related projects as part of the strategic roadmap
• Add value to improving workflows, systems and procedures.
• Deliver a range of HR related coaching, presentations and documentation regarding HR updates and information in various forums as required.
• Partner with an allocated business group to support their BAU HR needs and provide proactive assistance to help achieve business results from a people, culture and capcapability perspective.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years' practice in a HR generalist function.
• ER practice is a MUST
• practice using an HRIS system
• High level of resilience, initiative and organisational expertise to work conscientiously under pressure and meet deadlines when needed.
• capability to anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions.
