About the function: The Practice Manager is a critical function in ensuring the continuing growth, profitcapability, and success of the practice. This is achieved through driving a high-performance culture, leveraging your commercial acumen to turn your insights into action, and prioritising the continuing development of the team. This is a demanding, varied and compensateing function, in which you’ll use your people leadership abilities practice, coupled with your natural customer obsession and business acumen to be prosperous! The function is Monday to Friday 8.00 – 17.00 with one hour lunch. About you: To be prosperous in the function you will need to bring: • Previous management or team-leader practice is a must including the capability to provide coaching, feedback, and continuing development for the team. • A great communicator who remains warm, friendly, and approachable even under pressure • An opportunist who seeks to expand their expertise and stays up to date with best practices, clinical trends, and industry influences. • A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature • Systems savvy, and able to lgain new systems and software quickly.
