Clinical Services Manager - Roaming functionJob location:Canterbury All Canterbury Work Type: Permanent » » » »$85k - $110k »Travel and accommodation provided »Previous management practice not required The Company This Aged Care and Retirement Living organisation has care at the heart of everything they do. They pride themselves on being down to earth, and offering genuine, heartfelt care to every person. The team strive to deliver respectful and caring services, in an environment that is safe for their clients. The function You will provide high level clinical leadership abilities and support to clinical and care staff. this function manages the Caregivers and is responsible for clinical excellence at the Care Home. The function supports the Care Home Manager (who may or may not be clinical). This position will involve regular and frequent travel mainly within the South Island. Working in partnership with another Roaming CSM who is located in the North Island. There are 10 shifts over a 14-day period, with guaranteed return home each fortnight, or weekly if within a drivable distance in the house. If you are able to drive to the Care Home, a rental car will be available, and if needing to fly, a Care Home or rental car will be provided.
