We have a full-time permanent position available for an practiced Programme Secretary.
this function requires a well organised person with the right mix of practice, expertise and expertise to provide quality administrative support to Te ?ranga Waka and the Pourataki (Head of School).
Key tasks range from providing a quality reception and information service to staff and students, word processing/proofing a range of material, through to assisting with academic requirements/regulations and results, marketing activities,student orientations, achievement ceremonies, graduations, Information Days and meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
· The capability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
· Advanced Microsoft Office expertise-Excel, Word, Outlook and internet practice.
· A professional attitude with a availability to help out the school where necessary.
· The capability to handle confidential or sensitive matters.
· expertise of M?ori language and culture highly desired or a availability to learn.
· A full driver's licence is preferable.
