Test Analyst

This is an opportunity for a talented and practiced Test Analyst to join Knowledge Product Domain in the IST group at MSD. We enable MSD's knowledge to be accessed by those who need it, when they need it, to enable them to make faster, better decisions consistently.
The scope of this domain is to manage the platforms and capabilities required to support External Websites, Web Content Management, Document Management and Correspondence in the Ministry.
We have an ambitious program of work so are looking for a Test Analyst who is interested to join our External Websites and Content Management team as we are about to embark on a journey of re-imagining and re-platforming its external websites, intranet, and front-line knowledge bases.
Key responsibilities
   » Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the project requirements
   » Create test plan and support Senior Test Analysts to prepare test strategy
   » Develop and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) located on the knowledge of the requirements
   » Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution
   » Perform regression testing whenever necessary and record the results
   » Collaborate with other Test Analysts in the team
   » Prepare test exit reports to test management/project management
   » Be an active team player of an Agile Standing Team and proactively contributes to the team's function and goals
What you will bring to the function
   » You have a minimum of 1 year practice as a Test Analyst and comfortable with Technical Testing
   » practiced in developing test plan, test scripts and test Data Creation.
   » practice in using Confluence and Jira.
   » knowledge of or practice using Tosca and/or Playwright
   » knowledge of testing best practices
   » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
   » practice in Integration Testing is an advantage
   » practice in writing test scripts using Python/Java will be an advantage
   » practice using Web Content Management systems and knowledge of Web accessibility standards will be an advantage
   » Pragmatic approach to the task at hand and able to collaborate and deliver continuous improvement

income range: $72,856.00 – $88,158.00
