Over 70% of Carriageworks revenue is self-generated. The Carriageworks' Philanthropy program is at an optimistic stage of its development, buoyed by recent major commitments from Family Trusts and Foundations. Philanthropy development is a core strategic priority over the period of the 2021-25 Carriageworks Strategic Plan. We are pursuing a Fundraising Manager to identify, secure and foster financial support, including individual donors, major gifts, bequests and trusts and foundations. As the most senor fundraising professional in the organisation, the Fundraising Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to surpass earnings targets. The function collaborates with all business units of Carriageworks, including Programming, Partnerships and Communications, Commercial and Finance to identify opportunities for integration and increased support for Carriageworks activities.
