We are pursuing an accomplished Change Manager to work alongside a Senior Change Manager within an exciting programme of work on a contract until June 2022.
What you'll need to succeed:
   » A solid knowledge of how people go through change, and the change process
   » practice and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
   » Work in conformity with the programme's methodology and drive change management activities to support adoption of the changes required
   » Work closely with the business, national and regional offices, to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and manage key stakeholders
   » Carry out change activities and tasks as required to ensure the prosperous delivery of this project within the programme
   » practice with large-scale business transformation change efforts
   » capability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
   » Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
