My client is a high-profile Public-Sector organisation looking for a senior leader to join the organisation on a 12 moth Fixed Term Contract or Secondment.
This a great opportunity to bring you expertise and practice together in this broad impactful function for the betterment of the region and New Zealand
About the function
this function is instrumental in the regions wellbeing and safety driving the strategic direction and implementing the safety protocols across the Managed Isolation facilities.
Key to the success in this position will be you capability to provide leadership abilities and manage key relationships with external stakeholders, key local bodies and the broader central government team. Working closely with the GM you will develop and implement the strategy, driving change and holding yourself accountable for managing this within the set budgetary confines.
About You
You will have practice in a senior leadership abilities function within the public Sector, have ideally managed strategic projects, along with the implementation of strategy. You will understand the overarching regional relationships required to be established and developed.
You will also have the following practice:
   » Managing Operational functions
   » Stakeholder management and relationship development
   » Interpretation of legislation
   » Commercial and financial acumen
   » Risk management from an operational context
