About the function In this function you'll engage with internal users and external customers to improve our services and products. Most of your mahi will be with people from across our branch, including subject matter experts and policy and data specialists. This means you'll be working collaboratively to problem solve and come up with innovative solutions and recommendations. this function is located in Wellington. Key responsibilities As a service designer you will: » use design techniques to » unearth people's practices of our products and services » tell their story in compelling ways » be a champion of customers and kaimahi, particularly those customers who face hurdles when accessing our services. » work across the branch to make connections between people and initiatives » take a culturally grounded approach to your mahi, including supporting the world views, practices and perspectives of M?ori and Pasifika communities. The right candidate will be appointed at a level that reflects their expertise and practice.
