We are seeking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. You will need: must 18 years of age or more. » To have a positive attitude and approach to learning. » Previous practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided . » To be able to work weekends . » Own transport is advantageous but not essential. » To have a positive attitude and work ethic . » To be able to work in a high pressure, busy club environment and also provide high standards of customer service during our restaurant dinner service » To be a team player. What are we looking for in a KITCHENHAND / CAFE HELPER ? We require this person to have: -Previous practice in a similar Restaurant/Bar preferred but not required -Confidence in communicating, both with guests and colleagues -The capability to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced, busy environment -A passion for providing outstanding hospitality this function may include an opportunity to participate in the South Westland Jobs For Nature Conservation and Tourism programme where normal work hours are insufficient. Where this opportunity arises Information technology is expected that you will undertake Jobs For Nature tasks.
