Starting as soon as possible and working through a 6-8 month fixed term contract. They’re currently located in Mairangi bay with a move to Takapuna on the cards at the beginning of August. About the function: We are really needing a tech savvy, excel whizz to support the team whilst they move from their current payroll systems over to a new one. this function requires you to move through the team dependant on who is needing more support · Deliver payroll functions for assigned employee groups. · Investigate, resolve and answer payroll related queries from internal · and external customers, acting as first point of contact. · Assist with administrative functions, including preparation of routine · reports, including PAYE, Labour Spend, Union Membership and · Training. · Follow up with restaurant employee parental leave applications and · return to work dates as required. · Update and maintain employee records. · Ensure your customers receive timely and professional service. About You: Ideally you will have · 2 years’ practice in a payroll related function · Intermediate excel knowledge · A great knowledge of payroll systems, and the capability to pick new systems up well · Adaptable in a team environment · Excellent verbal and written communication expertise Apply Now!
