Job Offer: Finance Admin:Job description:Finance AdminPayment: Paid Position ($28)Job location: Auckland Central Region: Auckland practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 15/06/2022 About the function: Temporary Finance Administrator required to support within small team with the following tasks. » Processing all creditor and debtor invoices and payments » Process GST returns » Reconcile monthly payments across a variety of platforms » To produce accountcapability statements, and also distribute receipts for all payments, donations, grant and trust payments » Set up, monitor and manage batch and automatic payments » contact with service providers and ensure supplier contracts are up to date » To process, code and reconcile all staff expenses payments » To produce and compile financial reports as required » Answer any accounting queries from internal and external stakeholders About You: You will be happy to work in an autonomous function and be comfortable working in a small team. Accounts will be your forte, with attention to detail, financial acumen and an analytical approach, you will also be motivated by process improvement, demonstrate initiative and be comfortable with evolving technology.
