Atu mo te mahi – About the function
The Administration adjunct is responsible for supporting the cervical screening team through delivering on time accurate administration services to the Cervical Screening Register team. this function is located in the Central Wellington office working part-time Monday to Friday. this function is a part-time (0.5 FTE) fixed-term contract that finishes on 30 June 2023.
As an Administrative adjunct you will manage electronic and manual data entry on the National Cervical Screening Register to ensure a variety of health professionals are accessing accurate screening information.
Day to day service delivery may include supporting the team with:
   » building strong working relationships with the Service Coordinators and Regional Register team staff
   » entering accurate participant information into the Register and using other data management tools
   » resolving issues and maintaining administrative processes.

We are seeking for a positive and proactive person to join our team. You will need to be confident in managing data and administration and have proven practice in a similar administrative function. You will be passionate about engaging with people from a wide variety of different cultures and be an excellent communicator.
You will be confident in processing data with a focus on accuracy and detail. Able to lgain and comply with administrative and compliance processes. Adaptable and able to work across multiple systems with strong attention to detail, quality and data accuracy.
