Offer: Accounts Receivable:Job description:Accounts ReceivablePayment: Paid Position ($31)Job location: Newmarket Region: Auckland practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 21/08/2022 About the Employer : State owned entity specialising in transport About the function: Reporting directly into the Credit Manager as an Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for your own ledger. tasks may include the following · Processing payment runs and cash allocations · Bank reconciliations · Investigating and following up outstanding invoices · Credit control · Maintain accurate data in various finance systems · contact with different departments and stakeholders and manage payments queries/issues About You: You will love Accounts Receivable and be happy to dabble in Credit Control also. Ideally you will have worked in a similar function previously. You will bring with you your practice of working within a large organisation where you have managed your own ledger and get that buzz and sense of achievement when its in good shape! You will be proactive, a self starter and someone who will look at this temp opportunity as great practice and exposure into an awesome organisation. On top of your strong receivable expertise you will be able to bring with you and utilise your strong technical capability having ideally used SAP.
