We are seeking for someone to start beginning of September, and go until at least up until Christmas, but the function could be continuing. The function could either farming, nannying, or a mix of the two - and we could also employ a couple, with one in the farming function, and one in the nanny function with some farm work. We suggest a couple if Information technology is two people as the accommodation we have available is a one bedroom unit. We are seeking for people who have: - &n bsp; good work ethic - &n bsp; great attitude - &n bsp; team player mentality - &n bsp; trustworthiness - &n bsp; pride in their work and workplace - a good level of English - for the childcare function you would need a full drivers license What we offer: - Flexible work environment (we want you to see our beautiful country!) - Focus on fair working hours and expectations - An environment where learning and progression is encouraged for all team members - A positive team environment - A simple system that means you don't need prior practice - The opportunity to be part of a team that farms at best practice We have accommodation on farm available. This is a furnished one bedroom unit, and appropriate for either a single person or a couple. An hourly rate will be paid, and a minimum of 75 hours a fortnight will be guaranteed for the farming or combined function, and minimum of 60 hours for the childcare function. We estimate you will work around 45 hours most weeks, depending on the times you are with us. The farm is in Mid Canterbury, so close enough to Christchurch and also has access to nearby skifields, hiking, and plenty of outdoor activities.
