We are Auckland's home of street food as we strive to bring communities closer together. We are pursuing a full time event manager to join our small team. The function will have varying responsibilities and plenty of opportunities to grow event management practice further. Must be reliable, enjoy working with people and importantly love street food! Hours & Days It will be 40 hours a week, working at our office in Constellation drive on the North Shore 2/3 days a week and Auckland wide events on weekends. Must have own transport and full license. Annual income: $54,000 Key Responsibilities · Event management » Booking/Liaising with vendors, » Book suppliers (bins, toilets etc) » Sending on site pack in/out information » Managing the bar at events » Social media content leading up to the event. » Contacting Stakeholders to promote event » Organising entertainment for events » Post event reporting · Membership management » Managing Enquiries and onboarding new members » Sending monthly member scorecards » Seeking content for social » Media, business tips and organising monthly catch up events. » Social Media & Newsletter Lead » Composing and sending fortnightly newsletter to our mailing list with details about upcoming events. » Website development » Assisting with updating our website with vendor content Skills:
