AWF are looking for litter & waste management workers for the upcoming festival season in Nelson Central We are assisting with local Nelson business that are helping coordinate with Bay dreams, UB40 & other Nelson Summer events/ Festivals The functions required are as follows » Bin Collection, these are 240L wheely bins, that will be segregated into general rubbish/ Food waste/ cans and plastics » Taking full bins to separate area for crews sorting/ recycling and bulk waste » During the festival and post will require rubbish and waste removal from all areas and returning the grounds to their pre festival appearance » Shifts on 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Jan 2023, varying shifts from 0600am-2:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 11am-7pm and 3pm to midnight, depending on the day About You » Have a sound work ethic, enthusiastic approach and reliable » Own Transport or be located in walking distance to central Nelson » Follow processes and replicate tasks » A good attitude towards maintenance and care of equipment » Dont mind a crowd and some noise Benefits » Weekly pay » Full PPE Provided » Festival work » expertiseable team leaders About AWF As the local staffing agency, employers call in jobs to AWF every day.
