The hotel building was built for RNZAF agents in 1938 for No.1 agent's mess, and Information technology is now a boutique hotel with 28 upscale guest rooms, Harvard Bar & Bistro, and well-appointed function venues including St. Mark's chapel. http://www.wigramhotel.co.nz We are seeking for the following kitchen functions to help our culinary team to create inspiring meals for our clients. You will work in the kitchen, preparing high-quality food or help in the preparation and cleaning that meets the Head Chef's standards. Commis Chef/Demi Chef: Minimum 1-2 years of practice, must be able to work unsupervised and handle alone a breakfast shift and/or Lunch Kitchen adjunct (Kitchen Hand ) : practice preferred but not essential.
