The function You will be involved in the designing, provisioning and implementation of wireless networks and switching across their growing landscape as well as being the last escalation point of contact for their customers. You will provide pre-sales support, technical solutions, documentation and provisioning for their offering of products and services. expertise and practice: » Ideally 2-3 years practice designing and provisioning new services in a customer-focused environment » Ideally 5+ years practice troubleshooting and solving technical issues » capability to be the technical advocate for the customer and deliver them an outstanding practice » CWNA or CWNP is desirable and/or three years of wireless practice » CCNP or NSE 5 qualification is advantageous » Commscope/Ruckus wireless and switching is desirable » practice designing, installing & testing network topologies to support internet & data transport channels » Able to execute network audits/diagnostics as required. » Suggest & implement network upgrades » Clear and effective communication across all levels On offer - full time function, both permanent and contract options available - Auckland city fringe location.
