To support this transformation, We are seeking for a Junior Business Analyst. Key Job responsibilities: » Provisioning users » Managing permission changes for Content authors » Google Analytics Administration - managing user access and permissions » Reviewing Workflow issues » Resolving Page Edit issues » Managing requests to move files/folders/documents in TeamSite due to complexity - manages with Dev if very complex » Managing website navigation updates - working with Front End Developers & Testers in team to manage changes » Content updates on behalf of non-Teamsite users in Doogle » Modifying existing HTML email templates on behalf of events team » Modifying images to be appropriate for web on behalf of users and uploading these for users and publishing - generally for Doogle » Uploading and publishing videos - generally for Doogle » Documenting How To Guides, located on issues raised through Web Publishing mailbox About you This transformational environment can be both dynamic and challenging, therefore We are seeking for highly skilled professionals who are capable of navigating ambiguity and thrive in the fast-paced, changing nature of our work.
