As an Organisational Development Business Partner,you will be part of the future-focused People and Culture team, helping Wintec do what Information technology does best – turn out work-ready graduates who can take on the world. As the ideal candidate you will have a background in HR and/or L&D/OD and the capability to understand and are fluent in te reo, tikanga and/or m?tauranga m?ori to support changes within the People and Culture space. You will use your influence and coaching abilities to work with leaders, kaimahi, external stakeholders and Te Tiriti partners to improve results and to deliver on our objectives of partnership and equity.
