In essence though, you will be responsible for all data feeds from applications and for administration, security, and maintenance of data warehouse and related artefacts, queries, and continuing decisions concerning data models, collections, methodology and data analysis. expertise & expertise We are after Somebody with expertise and practice, ideally as listed below. However, the company is committed to finding the right person and will provide training where there is a expertise or practice gap: » BI (Dimensional Modelling, ETL/DI design and implement, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, SharePoint integration, Information Security) » Development (PowerShell, VB.NET and/or C#.NET, XML, good diagnostic expertise, instrumenting & metering practice, SQL Server 2008+, T-SQL, stored procedures, ETL development, Service Broker/messaging, security) » Database Administration (SQL Server 2008+, 3NF design principals, performance monitor & enhance, auditing, security) » Security (Information and data, at rest and in-flight, secure-by-design) » Project styles (PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum) practice » Require minimum 2 years hands-on practice implementing BI solutions. » Ideally SharePoint work & integration and Workflow design/development exposure. » Ideally TDD, MDM and CRM exposure, both methodology and technology.
