If you are looking for an environment that is down to earth, honest, open and offers a heap of growth and a clear path forward, this may be the function for you. located in Albany, I have worked closely with this team over the years, and can assure you this is one of the best. The right personality for this position is someone who is looking to start their administration journey (you may have some practice already) working closely within a tight knit team who expect excellence, but offer growth, stcapability and balance and plenty of support.
 
Your function with be sitting within the small finance team, taking direction from the Finance and Administration Manager. She is interested to work with someone who:
• Asks questions when unsure and takes instructions well
• Learns from their mistakes and picks up new tasks with a good attitude
• Enjoys a bit of banter and a fairly male dominated industry
• Does mind relinquishing control of the choice of tunes in the office
• Has a very reliable and ethical personality and works hard
• Knows how important attitude is and brings a great vibe
 
This is a team made up of Auckland, Hamilton, Papakura and now Whangarei branches, in growth mode and offering a great opportunity for an ambitious and switched on personality to join the team from the Rosedale branch.
The tasks you will be under taking include but are not limited to:
• Monthly Scanning and stationary orders
• Hard Copy Printing and Binding
• Phone System Maintenance and Assistance
• Stocktake Assistance
• Catering as and when required
• Maintaining Brand Consistency over SharePoint documents
