Advisor – Office of the Chief Executive
The Office of the Chief ExecutiveGroup,Social Wellbeing Agency (SWA) provides strategic advice and support to the Chief Executive across a broad range of areas. Information technology provides high quality and fit for purpose support to senior decision makers and leads delivery of external and internal communications.

Who We are seeking for?
We're looking for someone to join a high-performing team made up of diverse backgrounds and expertiseets who challenge and support each other to bring their best to work.Below are the kind of expertise and capabilities that We are seeking for. You do not need to be an expert in all of these, we're open to both specialist and generalist candidates, but we want to see what you can bring to the table from the following areas:
Be able to respond, coordinate and manage official ministerial correspondence, reports, and request such as OIA's and PQ's
   » Background in writing reports to an executive level and the capability to tailor work to different audiences
   » Some practice in policy advice, including working with others to provide advice
   » Skill developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
   » The capability to deliver work to a high standard and on time, both independently and with the support of others
What will you be doing?
As an Advisor, Office of the Chief Executive you’ll draft reports for Ministers, responses to official correspondence, and other reports for the Agency and its stakeholders. You'll be responsible for ad-hoc requests for information for the Chief Executive and the Minister's office, as well as provide timely pieces of advice for other stakeholders. You'll be expected to proactively manage the flow of information to the Minister's office, working with our Private Secretary.
The prosperous candidate will also be asked to contribute to cross agency policy processes and to be part of our policy capcapability.This is a significant function which carries with Information technology a lot of responsibility, but rest assured we will assist you 100% of the way.
