Job Opportunity: Engagement and Performance Manager:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description» Do you have contract management practice?» Do you have an in-depth knowledge of the health sector? » Do you want to help improve results for injured people? » Christchurch or Dunedin location With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. Engagement and Performance Managers (EPMs) work with a range of healthcare companies to ensure service providers meet the terms of their contracts, with a focus on relationship and performance management. We help to educate treatment providers on how to work prosperously with ACC, including troubleshooting issues when they arise. To be prosperous in this function you’ll demonstrate the following: » Contract management and performance management practice, either in a health sector function or in addition to your health sector practice » Strong communication expertise » Excellent relationship management expertise » Commercial acumen » Credibility in your engagement with senior leaders » Problem solving, risk assessment, and issue management expertise » A strong consciousness of ACC’s purchasing and funding responsibilities in the NZ health system. » practice in specialist medical service delivery, including surgery. This is a permanent function, to be located out of Christchurch or Dunedin, in a national team of 17, of which 2 are currently Christchurch located. Working autonomously within a team that speaks with one voice for ACC. You will have flexibility with how you manage your calendar to meet certain performance deadlines, whilst also responding to emerging issues. You’ll work in a highly engaged team that supports one another on the diverse subject matter that we deal with.
