With an ever-increasing need for learning, we have an opportunity for a strong administrator/coordinator with a natural talent for systems and awesome people expertise to join our learning delivery in Wellington. We’re an energetic, high performing agile team who know how to balance the busyness of work while still having fun!
What would my new function involve?
You’ll be managing our Learning Management System (LMS), with a focus on the coordination, maintenance and quality assurance of the catalogue of courses and learner pathways.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all e-learning queries, with a broad range of related tasks, providing back up support for our Learning Coordinator. There will be a mix of coordinating both for our LMS and team in general, so you’ll need to be happy to muck in where needed.

How will I know if I am appropriate?
To be prosperous in this function we’d expect you to have solid practice in a database or system administration function, with a good level of administrative and coordination practice.
It goes without saying that you’ll have great people expertise, but you’ll need top notch technical ones as well and be comfortable working with the whole suite of MS Office products. While Information technology will be your upbeat and engaging personality that sets you apart, we need those great tech expertise!
You’ll need to be able to self-manage, plan and prioritise work to ensure timeframes are managed and high-quality results are delivered.
