About the Employer :
Due to continued growth within Kinetic Recruitment We are seeking for a switched-on person to join our Auckland team. With offices in Auckland, Tauranga and Wellington, Kinetic is a well-established agency who have been around for over 25 years.
We are a fun and professional team of individuals who work hard, play hard! When team targets are met, we celebrate. Kinetic worked all over COVID, becoming closer as a business.
About the function:
this function is very vital to keep the office running; supporting the CEO, CFO and HR and Payroll Manager with various administrative tasks. this function provides you with a huge variety of tasks, where no day will be the same. As it’s a brand-new function, we are keen to get someone that can make Information technology their own.
• Answering incoming calls and transfer as required
• Supporting the HR and Payroll manager with the weekly payroll process and onboarding new employees
• Accounts Payable and Receivable administration
• General office administration support as required?
• Providing support to the CEO as needed
expertise and practice:
• Be highly organised with the capability to multi-task.
• Confident with systems, Microsoft and computer literate
• Previous office practice
• Previous payroll and accounts practice preferred but not essential
What We are seeking for in you:
• You will need to be a forward thinker and one step ahead of others.
• Confident and resilient.
• Corporate presentation with a positive and energetic attitude.
• availability to lgain new tasks.
• A flexible and adaptable approach.
We are open to any candidates with administration and payroll practice. Let us know if you are open to part time or full time work.
