We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to lead the Health Agile Release Train (HART) which has been created to drive the delivery of ACCs Health Sector Strategy through service design as ACC partners with the health sector, to enable the delivery of improved results for New Zealanders.
The Product Manager delivers on the vision, strategy and roadmap for the HART. You will be accountable for representing the voice of the business and the customer in the development of the strategy and vision, ensuring these are communicated effectively. You will do this through knowledge the shift ACC and its partners need to make to deliver value-located healthcare, helping to shape key initiatives and supporting delivery through the entire lifecycle, ensuring a focus on sustainable, improved client results.
As our Product Manager you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring continuous improvement of services that increase value and efficiency and improve customer results. You will work closely with a team of Product Owners to ensure the backlog of future work is aligned with the strategy and that there is a focus on prioritising changes with the greatest return on investment and benefit alignment.
You will also have a solid knowledge of the health sector, it’s users, the provider market, and the future direction or trends within health.
Responsibilities will include the following:
   » Working closely with the Product Owner and the Release Train Engineer to deliver change to the services ACC procures within the health sector
   » Focuses on and understand how ACC’s customers, employees and stakeholders currently use the services that ACC procures, and how these need to change
   » Collaborates with key stakeholders within Business, Architecture, Technology, etc. to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic roadmaps
   » Responsible for the creation of the ART vision (through collaboration and co-creation with key stakeholders)
   » Leads the development of product, or service, strategies and roadmaps, influencing and engaging significant stakeholders
   » Clearly communicates the vision, strategy and roadmaps
   » Drives and participates in Programme Increment planning (pre-and post the planning event)

   » Product thought leadership abilities, with the capability not to be bound by the status quo, and to explore future value
   » practice in working with all levels within an organisation, especially able to communicate effectively with senior management
   » Exceptional relationship management, influencing and negotiation expertise
   » A solid background in Agile ways of working (preferred but not mandatory)
