   » Contract function, located with the team in the Newmarket office.
   » Full property/facilities management, technical and operational remit.

About the function:
For maternity leave cover, we require a contract Property Manager to start in early November 2023.
With a diverse mix of property classes that include community and social housing, community hubs, and commercial offices, you will be responsible for the overall property and facilities management, meeting agreed targets and standards to protect and improve the overall quality of assets, and ensure the properties are ?fit for purpose', and of high quality to ensure safety for tenants.
This will include annual budgeting and management of planned and reactive maintenance, project management of capital works, regulatory and compliance alignment, and health and safety management. You will also be the key property management point of contact for service providers and tenants.
What you will bring:
You will have significant property management, valuation, or business qualifications, that underpin your 7+ years of significant property or facilities management practice, practical expertise of building and construction contracts, capability to produce quality report writing, and demonstrate your capability to identify and management of risks, and to resolve complex issues.
The softer expertise play enormous importance, so you will have excellent negotiation, exceptional empathetic communication, and superior stakeholder engagement expertise, able to contribute as an effective team member and equally be a motivated self-starter. You will demonstrate attention to detail, and strong time management expertise, and be able to travel around your property portfolio on a regular cycle.
