Project Manager– Recruitment 18-month fixed term contract Wellington located This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Information technology Groups in the country and provide vital support to our People Leaders to meet recruitment goals and increase capabilities and services to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will work as part of a team that provides, develops, and maintains recruitment services within the Improvement, Systems and Technology Group. About the function: We are seeking for a dynamic Project Manager who is passionate about recruitment and can help us with our recruitment strategy in order to drive delivery and first-class service to our clients. You will be responsible across several key areas which includes: » Providing effective project management for recruitment planning and reporting requirements » Providing prioritisation support for Senior Technology People Leader and Recruitment Partner » Providing information to Senior leadership abilities team in conformity to recruitment strategy » Working with your colleagues to remove impediments to team efficiencies and coordination of cross-team work. » Recruitment approach and needs assessment » Risk management, assurance, and quality » Process Improvement -contribute to and oversight of You will bring: » Full knowledge and practice of completing recruitment lifecycle » Knowledge and practical practice of recruitment policies, processes and systems. » practice managing recruitment within a large enterprise environment; knowledge recruitment guidelines and best practise. » Previous practice managing multiple conflicting priorities » capability to build relationships with a wide variety of personalities and workstyles We are seeking for: » Flexible and adaptable approach; able to move quickly with changing priorities » Previous practice working in a fast-paced complex environment » practice with scheduling, reporting and coordinating meetings » Collaborative team player » practice with Resource Management » Demonstrated practice managing multiple projects whilst supporting the wider team » Somebody with NZ Citizenship or NZ permanent residency » Qualifications or practice in Agile Delivery techniques (preferred) » You communicate confidently and have the capability to build relationships with your stakeholders as easily as you build relationships with your technical team. » You have a proactive approach to problem resolution, are well organised and have the capability to plan ahead and work to deadlines, so we would like to hear from you.
