We are on the lookout for a Petone-based, experienced Warehouse Assistant to work in our warehouse helping our products on their journey to our amazing customers. The role will cover, amongst other things, goods in, safe and efficient storage, and PPD (Pick, Pack, Dispatch) We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. This role includes picking and packing of customer orders and other warehousing tasks. We like a tidy house so general warehouse housekeeping duties are also important. The role will involve operating a stand-up Reach Truck, so a current forklift license is required and the ability to work on your own is key as well as with the team. Key responsibilities may include: - Operating a Reach Truck and counterbalance forklift - Pick packing orders - Liaising with customers ensuring they receive top customer service This role is one where you will be working closely with internal colleagues in different branches and liaising with external service providers as well. Ideally, you will come from a fast-paced warehouse background and this role will elevate your experience! We are looking for someone who is experienced with ERP systems and is confident in computer systems including excel and Microsoft software. The successful candidate will have the following: - You must have a current OSH certificate and Reach experience - Good communication skills - A full class 1 license - Experience working in a warehouse environment If this sounds like you, apply today as this role will get snapped up!!
