Our client, based in East Tamaki, is a large multi-channel retail company which offers its customers solutions that work best for their customers. This is achieved with home shopping and affordable solutions. Your job is to determine credit limits for customers while adhering to all internal and external regulations. This role is specialised and you would need the following attributes and experience to be considered: » A background in customer service » Finance or NZ lending experience (1 year minimum, or possibly call centre background) » Accurate and detail oriented with regulatory compliance » Analytical, attention to detail and investigative mindset » Excellent communication skills both written and verbal » Organised and deadline focused » Assertive and confident » Patience and a strong team player » Good data entry skills and I.T. savvy » A working knowledge of AML and CCCFA (desirable) » Financial institution background (desirable) » NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident » No criminal convictions This role is a Monday to Friday 10am-6.30pm and 11am-7.30pm rotated on a fortnightly basis. Once or twice a month you would be required to work 10am-3pm on a Saturday.
