They are looking for a mature-minded, motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy team. This is a permanent role and hours are 37.5 per week and we are looking for an immediate start. The key responsibilities of the role include: » Answering incoming phone calls » Greeting and assisting visitors » Making coffee/tea for meetings » Bank reconciliations » Opening and distributing mail » Data entry » Basic accounting functions » Assisting the Shipping Coordinator » General administration duties To be successful you will have the following: » Professional presentation » Excellent phone manner » Well developed communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people » Strong organisational skills » Proficiency in MS Word/Excel with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Being Front of House, this is a pivotal role in their organisation, therefore we are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism.
