Job Opportunity: 4 Dairy Farm Positions Available:Job description:4 Dairy Farm Positions AvailablePayment: Accommodation & Paid ($20)Job location: pareora Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: Limited practice Necessary Contact: mike don Listing Added: 27/06/2021 Fernwood Dairy and Scott’s Dairy have 4 farm jobs available, 2 calve rearing jobs and 2 farm hand jobs over the two adjacent farms combining a total 1800 cows. Starting between the 20th and 24th of July 2021. The farm is located near pareora 15minutes south of Timaru. We require 2 people to help our main calf rarer to rear the calves from both farms, these positions will be approximately 40 – 50 hours per week for 6 – 8 weeks, roster will be 5 on and 2 off, pay rate is $20 + 8% holiday pay with free shared accommodation available on farm. We also require 2 farm hands 1 on each farm to help us during the same busy period, these positions will be for approximately 50 – 60 hours per week for 6 -8 weeks, roster will be 6 on and 1 off, pay rate is $20 + 8% holiday pay with free shared accommodation available on farm practice is not essential but a availability to lgain is, must be hard working and have a sense of humour and a current work visa and be in the country.
