About the Position: This is a hybrid function that will see you managing all the day to day tasks of the Office, whether that be PA/EA tasks to the directors, ensuring the office is well stocked for supplies, creating and documenting new policies and workplace manuals, dabbling in a bit of invoicing and finance and even brainstorming and implementing new initiatives to maintain a thriving and healthy workplace culture through new social activities or wellbeing initiatives. this function also has an HR/People & Culture slant to it, meaning you’ll also be able to get stuck into new HR policies, recruitment, learning and development as well as payroll, so a good baseline knowledge of current HR legislations is going to ensure your success in the function.
